No, consultation cost does not include cost of treatment. At the end of consultation, if you choose us to arrange the products for you, we can do so. Our customer care team will interact with you on shipping the products to you after necessary payments are done.

We will book an appointment with Ayurveda expert for 60 mins. However, our normal appointment lasts for around 30 mins which can be extended upto 60 mins based on customer’s condition.

Appointments cannot be cancelled or rescheduled 24 Hrs prior to appointment as we take special steps to make sure that your availability matches with the expert’s. However, it will be decided on a case to case basis.

Yes, prescriptions will be available online under your account once your appointment is over. You have two options at this time – a. Let us know if you need medications and we will ship it to you at a reasonable cost b. As all medications are OTC, you can buy them yourself at any Herbal store which also sells Ayurvedic products.
